If you want to shop online from Waitrose and collect your goods from your nearby store then you have to visit its website waitrose.com for placing an order. After placing the order follow the following simple steps of click & collect for collecting your merchandise physically from your desired store.

  • Select and Order Your Product(s)

Visit waitrose.com for reviewing their offers. View your desired product(s) from the product catalog.

  • Choose to Click and Collect

While you are at the checkout page, you need to select the click and collect option. This option will enable you to collect your order at any of the Waitrose stores in the nation.

  • Click and collect is free for orders over £30
  • Select a collection day that works for you
  • They’ll contact you when to come in to collect your order. Collections start at 3 pm

Please note that Click & Collect is not available at the following shops: Welcome Break sites, or Waitrose & Partners branches within John Lewis & Partners Horsham, Ipswich, and Kingston.

  • Pick up Information

When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a mail prompting you to go to your chosen store to pick up your item(s). To pick up your item(s), you will need to come to the store with the confirmation mail or your order confirmation number and a form of ID.
