However, certain types of bookings necessitate a direct interaction with TUI through their phone services or official website, as their cancellation rules differ for these cases. These bookings include:

  • Flight Only: Bookings solely for flights.
  • Ski Holidays: Packages tailored for skiing enthusiasts.
  • Lakes & Mountains Holidays: Trips focused on serene lakes and stunning mountain vistas.
  • Twin Centre Holidays: Combined packages featuring visits to two distinct destinations.
  • Group Bookings: Reservations made for groups.
  • Weddings Abroad: Arrangements for weddings hosted in foreign locales.
  • Hotel Only Bookings: Bookings solely for accommodations without flights.
  • Package with Flights from Another Airline: Packages that include flights operated by airlines other than TUI’s partner airlines.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges for your booking with TUI are determined using a sliding scale, as outlined in their Booking Terms and Conditions. These charges become progressively higher the closer you are to your scheduled departure date. Once the cancellation process is completed, an automatic cancellation invoice will be sent for insurance purposes. Please be aware that if you choose to communicate your cancellation via email, we cannot be held responsible for any non-receipt of email cancellations that we have not received.

  • Cancellation Charges and Calculation

Cancellation charges are computed based on the number of days prior to your booked departure date when they receive your cancellation notice. These charges are a percentage of your total booking cost, excluding any insurance premium. If you initiated your booking through their Contact Centre, please contact them directly to cancel your holiday. A written notice is not required in this case.
