  • They aim to send you a confirmation email within a week of receiving the returned item, but please be aware that it may take longer.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method that was used when placing the order. If you paid with a gift card, they will issue a refund in the form of a new gift card or voucher for the same value.
  • If there are any remaining funds owed, they will refund them to the other payment methods used.
