Primark Refund Policy:

When you purchase a product from a seller or retailer, you have the right to return it if it doesn’t meet your expectations or if there is an issue with the product. After you initiate the return process and the seller or retailer processes the return of your items, they will proceed with issuing a refund.
If you have received faulty items or if you have changed your mind about keeping the items, follow the steps below to know what you should do:
  • Faulty Items

If you encounter a faulty product, we kindly request you to visit any Primark store to facilitate a refund or exchange.

  • Changed Mind

They’re happy to refund or exchange any item within 28 days of purchase if the item is returned in a saleable condition with an original receipt. Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method. In the event that you don’t have the credit/debit card used for the purchase, they may provide an exchange as an alternative option.

Please note that they don’t offer refunds or exchanges on briefs or boxers (including sets), piercing jewelry, opened or unsealed health and beauty products, gift cards (including digital and third party gift cards), face masks or swimwear where the hygiene seal is not intact.
