Prior to finalizing your transaction, they kindly urge you to meticulously review your booking, as they are unable to offer refunds for bookings once payment has been processed.
Should you wish to modify your booking, you have the option to do so by paying an amendment fee. This can be done at any time, provided it’s at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Please be aware that changes within 24 hours of departure are not permissible. You can effect these changes online or through an authorized Megabus agent. It’s important to note that the amendment fee at an authorized Megabus agent might differ from the fee applied online.
In cases where your updated journey carries a higher fare than the original, you will be required to cover the difference between the two fares.
However, it’s regrettable that they are unable to provide a refund or credit if the revised journey comes at a lower cost compared to the original fare.
