Does eBay Accept Clearpay?
Despite its popularity, eBay does not currently accept Clearpay as a payment method in its stores. This means that eBay customers cannot use Clearpay to pay for their purchases in-store or online. eBay accepts a range of other payment options, including debit cards, credit cards, and various digital wallets, but Clearpay is not among them.
What payment methods does eBay accept?
The accepted payment methods on eBay are:
- Credit or debit card
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Bank-to-bank transfers
- Payment upon collection
- Postal orders
- Online payment services such as Allpay.net, CertaPay, Nochex.com, XOOM
Clearpay is a buy now, pay later service that allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. However, eBay does not currently offer Clearpay as a payment option.
If you are looking for a buy now, pay later service that you can use on eBay, you can use Affirm. Affirm is a similar service to Clearpay, but it is accepted on eBay. To use Affirm on eBay, you will need to create an account and be approved for credit. Once you are approved, you can select Affirm as a payment method at checkout. You will then be able to split your purchase into 3 or 6 payments, with no interest charged.
eBay does not currently accept Clearpay as a payment method, which may be a disappointment for customers who prefer this service. eBay offers a range of other payment options, but for those who prefer Clearpay, they may have to look elsewhere. It remains to be seen whether eBay will add Clearpay as a payment option in the future, but for now, customers will have to find another way to pay for their purchases.
