How Does it Work:

After choosing items online at Debenhams, you have to place an order. After placing the order follow these simple steps of click & collect delivery slot for collecting your goods physically from a nearby Debenhams store.

  • Place Your Order

First of all, visit debenhams.com for placing an online order. Choose the items with ‘click & collect icon’ and then add them to your shopping cart.

  • Select Click & Collect

After placement of the order, now you are ready to proceed to checkout where you will be asked of choosing a delivery option. Debenhams offers four delivery options which are standard delivery, next day delivery, nominated day delivery, and click & collect service. Opt for a click & collect delivery slot.

  • Choose a Nearby Store

After choosing the click & collect service, you will be required to choose a nearby store from where you can collect your order after 2 pm the next day but unforeseen problems such as bad weather can delay this.
If your order is delayed then you will be informed of the issue via email. You will be informed via email when your order is ready at your designated store.
Debenhams operates nearly 120 stores in the UK and you can find your nearest store by using the ‘store finder’ tab present at the bottom of the homepage. You have to provide your town, city, or postcode, and all the nearby stores with addresses will pop up on the page.

  • Booking Confirmation

After selecting your desired store for collection, you can proceed with payment. After payment, your order will be confirmed to you via email. This email will contain your order details and reference, and the expected time of delivery.

  • Pick Up Information

You are expected to bring along the following items when coming to pick up your order at the store:

  • Photographic ID
  • Confirmation email
  • Debit/Credit card
  • American Express card (if you paid with it)

Click & Collect service of Debenhams provides you the freedom to online shop for items that are not available in your nearest stores. Debenhams will provide these goods at your nearest Debenhams store via its ‘Click & Collect’ service.
