Place Your Order
First of all, visit https://www.debenhams.com/ for placing an online order. Choose the items with ‘click & collect icon’ and then add them to your shopping cart.

Debenhams offers four delivery options which are standard delivery, next day delivery, nominated day delivery, and click & collect service. Opt for click & collect delivery slot.

After choosing click & collect service, you will be required to choose a nearby store from where you can collect your order after 2 pm the next day but unforeseen problems such as bad weather can delay this. When will your order arrive in the store?
In most cases, the orders are ready for collection by 2 pm in 2 working days but due to some unavoidable circumstances like bad weather, your order can be delayed. However, when your order arrives in the store, Debenhams will send you an email to let you know it’s ready to be collected. You must wait for your email in either case.
Once you receive the email, visit your designated store where the employee will check your photographic ID, talk you through the specific details of your order, and ask you to sign for your order. At this point, the order will be handed over to you.
What do you need to bring to collect Your Click & Collect Order at the store?
You are expected to bring along the following items when coming to pick up your order at the store:
