Argos Stock Check

Once you wish to buy an item and it’s not in stock, the Argos Stock Checker service helps you check the availability of a product in your local store. When you’ve selected your items, they will reserve them so that they are ready for you to collect anytime thereafter.

How Does it Work

They make every effort to ensure you receive your item, no matter where or when you want it. There are several ways to check the availability of your desired item in their store:

  1. Touchscreen Tablet: You can find the item you’re looking for by searching with a keyword, entering a product number, or browsing a relevant category. Once you’ve located your item, you’ll be able to see if it’s in stock at your chosen store or nearby stores. If you prefer, you can also opt for home delivery.
  2. Touchscreen Stock-Checker: Similar to the tablet, you can find the item using a keyword, product number, or category. If your item is currently out of stock, they will show you the option to order it, along with an estimate of how quickly it can be delivered to your selected store.
  3. Basic Checker: If your store is equipped with this tool, simply enter the relevant catalog number. This will provide you with the quantity of your chosen item in stock at that store.
  4. Kiosk: If your store is equipped with a kiosk, just enter the relevant catalog number when prompted.”

These changes maintain the original information while offering a clearer and more organized structure for your readers.

To Wrap it Up

First, click on the item you want and enter your postcode in the box on the right-hand side. They will then inform you whether the product is in stock and available for home delivery or collection from your nearest store.

If the product you desire is not available at your selected store but there is stock available elsewhere, they will provide information about when they can have it transferred to your chosen location. They will also display details about the nearest stores, indicating whether they have your item in stock or how quickly they can arrange for its availability there.
