A Guide To Using Aldi Click And Collect
To use the Aldi click and collect, all you just need to do is follow these simple rules.
- Log In / Register
To purchase groceries and other products online at Aldi, you will have to visit the Aldi online store. When you are on the site, to be able to successfully place your order, you will need to sign in to your account. If you don’t have an already existing account, you will need to register for one.
- Select Your Items
After successfully logging into your account, proceed to browse the store for your preferred products and add them to your basket. It is important to check if the items you intend to order is available for delivery to a collection point near you before adding it to cart.
- Proceed To Check Out
When you are done adding items to your cart, proceed to check out by clicking in your cart and clicking on the checkout securely button. At checkout, you will be expected to choose a delivery option and make payments to complete your order.
- Choose CollectPlus
You will have the option of picking between 3 delivery options. However, to be able to pick up your item at your convenience, you should opt for the CollectPlus option. Upon choosing the CollectPlus option, you will be provided with a list of collection points that are closed to you for you to pick from.
It is important to note that, you can only pick up your items during opening hours. CollectPlus stores all have different opening hours, however, you can check out their opening hours on that page.
Lastly, you should make payments to complete your order.
Your order will be ready for collection at your chosen CollectPlus Point within 3-5 working days, parcels are only delivered from Mondays to Saturdays. Once your Aldi click and collect order has arrived, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your collection code. This is the code you will show to the store assistant and they will hand over your parcel.
Finally, it is important to note that you can only have your parcel delivered to a CollectPlus point if it is under 10kg and not exceeding the dimensions of 60x50x50cm. Collecting your Aldi order with CollectPlus is easy and convenient as collections are possible seven days a week.
